​​We follow the recommended practice for conducting the inspection of Small Bore Tubing (SBT) assemblies. By doing so we aim to ensure that formal guidance and controls are utilised to maintain the safety and integrity of all SBT and the systems in which they are installed. This will help to minimise the risk to personnel and plant resulting from a loss of integrity of SBT assemblies as far as reasonably practicable.
Inspections and their frequency are essential to mitigate against the loss of containment, with the potential for a major release being attributed to:
